How do online Quran classes work?
Classes are conducted live, one-on-one, via video call — typically Zoom or Google Meet. Your child and teacher see and hear each other in real time, with the teacher guiding recitation, correcting pronunciation, and answering questions exactly as they would in person. All you need is a device with a camera and a stable internet connection.
How often should my child study Quran each week?
For most children, two to three sessions per week of 30–45 minutes each produces steady, sustainable progress. Younger children (ages 4–7) may start with two shorter sessions of 20–30 minutes and build up. Daily recitation review between lessons — even 5–10 minutes — makes a significant difference over time.
Can adults start learning Quran completely from the beginning?
Yes, absolutely. Many of our adult students begin with zero Arabic literacy and learn to read the Quran from scratch. Starting as an adult carries real advantages: stronger motivation, better self-discipline, and the ability to understand context and meaning alongside recitation. Our adult program is designed specifically for this journey.
What equipment does my child need for online classes?
A laptop, tablet, or desktop computer with a working camera and microphone. A stable broadband internet connection. A quiet space where your child can focus without interruption. Many families use a tablet — they're simple, portable, and have excellent microphone quality for Quranic recitation. A printed Quran or Mushaf at hand is helpful but not required.
How can parents stay involved in their child's Quran learning?
We actively encourage parental involvement. You can observe any class session. Our teachers provide regular progress updates after each session. We recommend parents review recitation with their child for 5–10 minutes between classes — even without Quran knowledge themselves. The consistency of a parent asking 'what did you learn today?' makes a real impact on a child's motivation.
