Riwaq al-Ilm (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates riwaqalilm.com and provides online Quran education services to families in the United States. We are committed to protecting the privacy of every visitor, parent, guardian, and student. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over your data.

By using our website or booking a class, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Children’s Privacy (COPPA Notice)

Our services are designed for families and may include students under the age of 13. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).

  • We do not collect personal information directly from children under 13. All account and booking information is collected from a parent or legal guardian only.
  • By booking a class for a child under 13, the parent or guardian provides verifiable consent for our collection and use of that family’s contact information as described in this policy.
  • We do not require a child under 13 to disclose more information than is reasonably necessary to participate in our services.
  • Parents and guardians may review, correct, or request deletion of their child’s information at any time by contacting us at admissions@riwaqalilm.com.
  • If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
